AS WE ANNOUNCED THE EVENTS IN PENANG WILL START ON THE 3RD DECEMBER AT 1500 HRS. THE RECOMMENDED ANCHORAGE POINT FOR THE 3RD IS LAT 05 DEG 19.20' LONG 100 DEG 18.45'.

JUST TO REMIND ALL PARTICIPANTS THAT THE AGREED COMMUNICATION CHANNEL IS VHF. 77 FOR THE RALLY GROUP. ALSO THE RATES FOR REBAK MARINA HAS JUST BEEN INCLUDED IN THE RALLY SCHEDULE UNDER 'REBAK MARINA' DETAILS.
